Return PolicyHow do I return an item to Halux Diagnostic?
All sales are final and drug and alcohol testing products are non-refundable due to the nature of these products. However, products may be returned for a full refund of the cost of the items excluding freight if the following situations apply.
Products can be returned if:
• The product was shipped in error by Halux Diagnostic
• The product was deemed defective by Halux Diagnostic after investigation
• Our manufacturer has agreed to replace the item
*No international returns are allowed
*Products cannot be refunded that haven’t been properly used or if the correct drug testing procedure has not been implemented. Meaning that after an onsite test is complete and their is a resulting positive the test must be sent to a Laboratory for confirmatory testing (gc/ms or lc/ms).
Product return process:
• The product must be returned in original condition in the original packaging with all the accessories. Product that returns with damage packaging will not be accepted
• Customers may be asked to provide photographic evidence of product issues to aid in determining the problem
• Halux Diagnostic will take care of the shipping charges, if the product being returned was the result of our error
• If a customer request an exchange of product due to a error they made, it can be exchanged by first contacting Halux Diagnostic then shipping the items back in original condition. A 10% restocking fee will be paid by the customer
• A Shipping error due to the incorrect information provide by the customer for their address and returned to us by the shipping company can be reshipped. The customer must pay all the shipping cost associated
• Products should be returned within 5 days of receipt, along with a copy of the original invoice.
Once the returned product has been received an email will be sent confirming the refund
Cancellation: Once an order has been shipped it can not be canceled. If a mistake is made by a customer regarding the shipping address please contact us as soon as possible in case we are able to rectify the error before the order ships.
